00:32 It is in accordance with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:48 we have been asked if it is possible to talk to Metro Manila mayors for the house of our government.

00:56 For everyone's knowledge, this will be piloted in Metro Manila but it will be done in the whole country.

02:06 Under the law, as long as a property has no development, it will be paid by idle tax.

02:14 What we did was one of the exceptions so that you will not pay if the government uses it, you are exempted.
