00:35 In 2014, McLeish Christmas Benham showcased his terrible behavior
00:41 at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
00:43 Soon after the video starts, he quickly comes up to a man in a pink shirt
00:47 and appears to be harassing him.
00:49 The intoxicated traveler got into an argument with staff,
00:52 then turned his ire to other people as they tried to calm him down.
00:55 The recorded footage happened after Benham already punched one person.
00:59 Those standing around move closer and closer,
01:03 watching carefully, seemingly ready just in case.
01:06 Now, after uttering homophobic slurs to a guy simply because he was wearing
01:10 a pink top, Benham kicked him below the belts.
01:13 Immediately, a group of men descended and restrained the attacker
01:17 until the cops slapped the cuffs on.
01:19 DFW Airport police managed to get the man in handcuffs
01:23 and took him out of the terminal.
01:24 Benham was fined $474 for his awful actions.
01:28 Number 9. Coffee Can
01:31 Some toxic people believe that they can do whatever they want
01:34 without consequences, but no.
01:36 After working with the franchise Costa Coffee from 2007,
01:40 working her way up to area manager,
01:43 Sharon Kane's career suddenly ended in 2022
01:46 after a disciplinary hearing ruled against her.
01:49 However, Kane didn't believe this was fair and took her former employers
01:52 to a tribunal to claim compensation.
01:55 As a result, her dirty laundry was aired publicly.
01:58 A host of accusations came out about Kane,
02:00 including browbeating staff,
02:02 causing emotional harm and openly belittling workers.
02:05 In 2023, the court dismissed Kane's claims,
02:08 ending her hope of a final payday.
02:10 Number 8. The E-Commerce Con
02:13 There's probably not a worse seller in the eyeglasses game than Vitali Borker.
02:18 While his customers tremble,
02:20 Borker seems to revel in vindictiveness.
02:24 Not once, not twice, but three times he has been arrested on charges
02:28 related to his company's Décor My Eyes, Optics Fast and Eyeglasses Depot.
02:33 Borker would be rude to customers whose online complaints
02:36 ironically caused traffic to his sites to increase.
02:39 Customers who pay for repairs, for example,
02:42 might find their frames have been returned
02:45 with obscenities etched into the lenses.
02:49 As such, his behavior got worse as he made threats,
02:52 harassed and scammed clients who complained about the product.
02:55 In 2012, Borker was sentenced to four years.
02:59 In 2018, he was sentenced to two years in jail for breaking his parole
03:03 by setting up a new company and going back to his terrible ways.
03:06 It was only up for a matter of minutes.
03:10 She put up there the name Vitali Borker
03:13 and she put, "He's at it again. Look up Décor My Eyes."
03:18 In 2022, Borker was back in cuffs after committing fraud
03:22 and identity theft with another new company.
03:25 He is currently awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty.
03:28 Number 7. Teaching Badly
03:30 Teachers are meant to help students who are being harassed,
03:33 not encourage the terrible behavior.
03:35 Unfortunately, Adrena Smith was not a typical educator.
03:39 24-year-old Adrena Smith offered to pay five students
03:43 five dollars each to tackle their classmate.
03:45 While working as a substitute physical education teacher
03:48 at North Caddo Elementary Middle School in Vivian, Louisiana,
03:51 she offered five students five dollars each to attack one of their classmates.
03:56 After some of them took the offer and beat their fellow student,
03:59 Smith was recorded congratulating them.
04:01 Deputies say video shows Smith appearing to congratulate the students who participated.
04:06 She also didn't help the beaten student as they lay on the ground,
04:10 instead remaining seated in the bleachers.
04:13 Unsurprisingly, in 2022, Smith was arrested for her terrible actions
04:18 and was charged with several counts.
04:20 She's charged with contributing to the delinquency of juveniles
04:23 and malfeasance in office.
04:25 Investigators say more arrests are pending.
04:27 She was also fired from the Caddo Parish School District.
04:30 Number 6. Rich Justice
04:33 In recent years, there have been several reports about Amazon's iffy working conditions.
04:38 According to the Washington Post, the group says 160 workers left the air hub mid-shift yesterday
04:44 over low wages and concerns regarding heat safety.
04:47 And not many had it as bad as Michael Kopp at their fulfillment center in San Bernardino, California.
04:53 For four years, he was tormented by co-workers who targeted his developmental disorders.
04:57 He was called vile slurs and belittled regularly.
05:00 When Kopp complained to higher-ups, nothing happened.
05:03 After he fell ill from stress in 2020,
05:06 Amazon bosses refused to acknowledge his doctor's note and told him to go back to work.

05:20 In 2023, after issuing a lawsuit against his former employers,

05:34 In 2023, influencer Jackie La Bonita was trying to take a video at a Houston Astros game.
05:41 Instead, she captured two wannabe cast members of Mean Girls, showcasing vile behavior.
05:46 Watch my confidence disappear after these random girls make fun of me for taking pics.
05:51 On top of flipping the bird and barely hiding it, they gave her dirty looks,
05:56 recorded her on their phone while yelling "lame" and loudly criticized her to each other.

06:07 Realizing they are talking about me.
06:11 Feeling super self-conscious.
06:16 Unfortunately for them, the internet was livid.
06:18 Even celebrities like Cardi B showed their displeasure.
06:22 People discovered the identities of the two women and doxed their details.
06:26 This forced the two to make a TikTok video explaining their actions, which didn't go down well.
06:31 Just be considerate of who's in the background. Like girl, we could see ourselves more than you could in your own picture.
06:37 Not long after, La Bonita met up with the women and they apologized for their behavior.

06:44 After playing baseball professionally, Jim Foster moved into coaching the sport at several colleges and academies.
06:50 In 2022, he joined Northwestern University as the head baseball coach for the Northwestern Wildcats.
06:56 Just three days after firing head football coach Pat Fitzgerald, Northwestern dismissed that another coach,
07:01 this time head baseball coach Jim Foster, after just one season on the job.
07:06 Yet just over a year later, Foster's career came to an abrupt end.
07:10 Over his time in charge, various coaches resigned and at least 15 players entered the transfer portal.
07:16 All to escape Foster's hazing and tormenting methods.
07:20 It's not even like in a correction way.
07:24 Like he's not trying to help, he's not trying to correct things. He's just like disrespecting people and speaking to them as like lessors.

07:34 He was accused of intimidating injured players so much that others hid their injuries from him.
07:39 After an investigation by the college's HR department, which was criticized for its long length, Foster was fired.
07:45 Like it shouldn't have taken these allegations in the media for it to get out for him to be fired, just on principle of.
07:50 However, three former employers issued a lawsuit against Northwestern for receiving negative consequences after reporting Foster's deeds.
07:58 Number 3. Motorbike Menace
08:01 Professional racers and mechanics should have a harmonious relationship.
08:05 But that certainly wasn't the case for motorcycle rider Tom "Booth" Amos and his unidentified Italian mechanic.
08:11 We knew all the time that we had the video. We were just kind of kept to keep quiet.
08:16 In 2022, footage of what happened at the 2019 Thailand Grand Prix for the Moto3 World Championship rocked the industry.
08:24 As Booth Amos walked with his team, one of the mechanics suddenly exploded in rage and kicked the racer multiple times.
08:31 The road ride is f***ing simple.

08:39 The racer came forward and said he retired from the Thai race after a mechanic failure on his bike,
08:44 which seemingly upset the worker at the time.

08:50 Once the story got out, the vicious mechanic was fired from his role at Stereo Garda Max Racing Team.
08:55 It was a tough year, let's say. It wasn't easy at all.
08:59 A lot of things went on and we were paying a lot of money to be there and stuff was going on that shouldn't be happening.

09:09 Number 2. Mother Monster
09:11 In 2021, a teenage girl who studied at Beale City Public School in Michigan was receiving a host of hateful cyber messages from an unknown source.
09:20 Even her boyfriend was getting them as well as a friend.
09:23 We're talking about several hundreds of text messages, over a thousand pages of discovery in the case.
09:30 After a police investigation, it was discovered that the culprit was the daughter's mother, Kendra Licari.
09:36 The terrible mom and catfisher, who had worked as a basketball coach at her daughter's school,
09:40 had manipulated her digital location to make it seem like another student was responsible.
09:45 Police say Licari used software to hide her location and used several different numbers and area codes to appear to be other Beale City students sending the messages.
09:53 Then Licari herself helped her daughter report it to police.
09:56 Reportedly, there were hundreds of pages of abusive messages.
10:00 In 2023, Licari, as part of a deal, pleaded guilty to some of the charges.
10:05 She was sentenced to jail for between 19 months and five years.
10:09 Licari was sentenced 19 months to five years behind bars after pleading guilty to two counts of stalking a minor.

10:34 After Chanel Rowe joined the University of Hartford in Connecticut, she was placed in a room with Brianna Broschew.
10:40 Disturbing allegations against 18-year-old college student Brianna Broschew,
10:45 reportedly bragging on social media that she secretly mistreated her African-American roommate, Chanel "Jazzy" Rowe.
10:52 The two apparently had issues, but it wasn't until Rowe moved out that she discovered the extent of her roommate's animosity,
10:58 when Broschew bragged about her actions on Instagram.
11:01 She stated she smeared Rowe's stuff in bodily fluid and moldy food and referred to Rowe as "Jamaican Barbie".
11:08 That's disgusting. I can't fathom how Jazzy Chanel can feel right now. I cannot.
11:16 As well as being arrested, Broschew was also expelled from the uni.
11:20 In 2018, Broschew entered an accelerated rehabilitation program,
11:24 escaping criminal charges on her record in exchange for two years of probation and 200 hours of community service.
11:31 The former University of Hartford student faced protesters and cameras as she left the courthouse.
11:36 The judge added that Broschew would be punished enough after people, such as employers, look her up online.
