01:54Whether you're Team Blaine or not, this scene in Pretty in Pink does give the character a chance to redeem himself.

02:45Mia Thermopolis might have a connection to royalty, but she still has to deal with everyday problems in high school.

03:39His final encounter with the hate-filled Logan and Chad is more eye-opening than anybody would have expected.
03:45When the hero makes a movie of his class, he ends up turning one of his arch-nemeses into a hero.
03:50This causes an unexpected confrontation whereby Fableman dishes out all his feelings about life, art, and Logan himself.
03:57What's the matter with you? I've been a total asshole to you. I broke your nose.
04:02It is a stirring and emotional scene that digs much deeper than a typical argument.

07:06Using her powers of telekinesis, Matilda Wormwood is able to scare Miss Agatha Trunchbull.
07:11The protagonist and the rest of the students have been treated so poorly by the principal that this scene cannot come soon enough.
07:17Wormwood freaks out Trunchbull by writing a message on the chalkboard, later sending erasers after the villain.
07:24It's an effective sequence that reminds viewers why this antagonist doesn't deserve any mercy.
07:29The baddie tries to fight back, but she later gets food thrown at her before being chased from the school.
07:40Most of the student body eventually comes together to offer up a memorable dose of revenge.

09:19Crafting a scheme of their own, a group of his intended prey pours paint all over him and runs off into the night,
09:25leaving Fred embarrassed and very angry.
09:33It's truly epic to watch him drive over a curb and realize his car seat must be covered in paint.

09:53With a little help from Big Sean, Ally gets some revenge on her abuser in the form of public humiliation.
09:59The shock and discomfort on the faces of the entire audience are palpable,
10:04as Ally fearlessly dedicates an impassioned, uncensored performance of an appropriately titled Big Sean track.
10:18On top of the shock factor of seeing a young girl sing the explicit song,
10:21the scene also drives the plot of the movie forward, as Ally's bold actions inspire Andy to stand up to his own bully.
10:28After her jaw-dropping performance, she exits the stage to a standing ovation.

12:12The coven refuses and turns on Sarah, sending her haunting images in her dreams.
12:18While Sarah fights back, much worse than any physical or verbal retaliation,
12:22she gets inside their minds with her own powers, causing Bonnie and Rochelle to experience their worst nightmares.
12:29Mad with power, Nancy tries to kill Sarah.
12:32But the heroine sentences Nancy to the worst fate of all, binding her from ever using magic again.
12:48When Harry and Lloyd set out on the road to return a briefcase,
12:51they don't have survival instincts or intelligence to rely on.
12:54But when they encounter a man only known as Sea Bass,
12:57who makes them feel small and spits in their food, the unlikely happens.

13:29Jack beats up Bobby, a history of violence.
13:52Jack appears to be the mild-mannered type, who uses humor to avoid bad situations with bullies,
13:57and walks away rather than fight.
13:59But when Bobby and his crew refuse to let him walk away, Jack loses his sense of humor.
14:06Just as Bobby is taunting him by sarcastically saying that his father,
14:10who's been dubbed a town hero for taking down two robbers at his diner single-handedly,
14:14would be so proud of him, Jack clobbers them all.
14:18Bobby definitely isn't laughing now.
14:20As it turns out, Jack is a chip off the old block after all.

16:09But Robbie Weirdick, now CIA agent Bob Stone, certainly has changed.
16:14And he doesn't like bullies.
16:16Good God, you're dumb. Dumber than ever, I guess.
16:20At their high school reunion, Bob finally gets two decades of pent-up revenge on his old nemesis with a simple punch to the face.

16:34This is followed by a speech about what it means to be the true hero of your own story,
16:39and a cathartic twist on the prank Trevor pulled on him.
16:42Realizing that in life, the most important thing that you can be is yourself.
16:53When we're introduced to Flash Thompson in the first Spider-Man film,
16:56he seemed like the type of guy who would make life difficult for many fellow students.
17:03Peter Parker, on the other hand, seemed like the type of guy that the strong-willed could walk all over with ease.
17:09I think you're pretty funny, don't you, freak?
17:10Flash, it was just an accident.
17:12My fist breaking your teeth, that's the accident.
17:14There is a hint of an inner fortitude in puny Peter, however.
17:17With the bite of a radioactive spider, the power balance is reversed.
17:31Though Peter may not have been entirely comfortable with the unfamiliar outcome, we sure were.
17:36Peter, that was amazing.

17:52Sid is vicious.
17:54Every toy in the neighborhood knows that if you get lost in Sid's yard, you never return.
17:59So when Sid gets his hands on Buzz, Woody pulls out all the stops to save him from being destroyed.
18:10In perhaps the most memorable scene in the movie, Woody teams up with Sid's misfit toys that come to life.
18:15They emerge from the sandbox and the muddy puddles in his backyard to scare the ten-year-old straight.

20:17Taking some advice from her robin, Mindy beats them at their own game.
20:21These mean girls may wear a pretty popular and pristine costume,
20:24but one touch from The Sixth Stick and all that ugliness they have on the inside up chucks right out.

21:43Where you off to, tits?
21:45When Henry Bowers and his crew of bullies are beating up on the homeschooled kid Mike,
21:49the Losers Club shows up and evens the battlefield.
21:52Just as Henry's about to bludgeon Mike with a rock,
21:55Beverly bludgeons Henry first.
22:00This action incites a full-on rock war that sends the bullies running away like a bunch of cowards.
22:05The shocked and pained look on Henry Bowers' face as the Losers pummel them is the ultimate vindication.
22:11The Losers are the winners here.
22:13Go blow your dad, you mullet-wearing asshole!
22:18Number 6, Ralphie's Revenge, A Christmas Story
22:28A Christmas Story does a delightful job of capturing the wonder and whimsy of childhood.
22:32It isn't afraid to address the darker, colder moments of youth either, though.
22:36Listen, jerk, when I tell you to come, you better come.
22:41Ralphie is one of the most beloved characters in film history.
22:44So, the neighborhood bullies that frighten him and his friends make us both uncomfortable and angry.
22:54When our little man loses his cool and mercilessly pounds Scud all the while spouting profanity,
23:00the relief we feel is incredibly powerful.
23:12Number 5, Gordy's Gun, Stand By Me
23:25Kiefer Sutherland may have gone on to play one of the greatest TV heroes of all time in 24,
23:30but he plays a very different sort of character here.
23:33This is your last chance. What do you say, kid?
23:37Looking like evil incarnate, Ace Merrill would be terrifying even to grown men,
23:42yet he spends his time contending with a foursome of young friends.
23:45You're gonna have to kill me, Ace.

23:50Young Gordy, played by nerd icon Will Wheaton, is the farthest thing from fearsome,
23:55which is why it's so satisfying when he pulls a gun and stands up for himself and his friends

24:17The only way to really deal with a bully is to stand up to them.
24:20After the school bully Terrell gets Chiron's best friend Kevin to beat him up,
24:24Chiron takes a four-pronged stance with the help of a chair.
24:28Chiron walks into class with a sense of purpose,
24:30picks up an empty chair and smashes him over the head with it.
24:34Simple yet effective.
24:41What makes this scene so memorable is that it comes completely out of left field
24:45with no warning and no build-up.
24:48Number 3, Bar Fight, Kingsman The Secret Service
24:52You think you can chat shit about us and we won't do nothing
24:54just because our governor's banging Eggsy's mom?
24:56Pretty much.
24:59When Eggsy finds himself in trouble with his neighborhood thugs,
25:02his new friend and mentor Harry steps in and attempts to teach them this very important lesson.
25:08But the thugs persist and Harry challenges them to a fight.
25:12Manners...
25:14maketh...
25:18man.
25:20To their and Eggsy's surprise,
25:22he takes out all of them with the most unlikely of weapons,
25:25his trusty umbrella.
25:27Each new trick that the umbrella possesses,
25:29such as its bulletproof quality and stun gun setting,
25:32make the fight even more epic.
25:37This scene is so epic that the movie calls back to it in a mid-credits scene,
25:41where Eggsy gives the exact same thugs a second lesson in manners.
25:50Number 2, Beaten Biff, Back to the Future
25:58The villain of Back to the Future,
26:00Biff Tannen seems like a typical bully that comes from a long line of bullies.
26:12Spending his days threatening others with violence and extorting schoolwork,
26:15the only thing that makes him stand out is how entertaining he is at first sight.
26:23Then we watch Biff interact with Lorraine Baines and recognize that he will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
26:29You know you want me to give it to you.
26:31Shut your filthy mouth. I'm not that kind of girl.
26:35Well, maybe you are and you just don't know it yet.
26:37In the other corner, there's the weak and scared George McFly that couldn't hurt, well, a fly.
26:43In the end, however, Marty's father turns it all around and knocks Biff out in a single blow.
26:53For us, there is almost nothing better.
