Nearly 7,000 pounds of ground beef products were recalled due to an E. coli risk. The products were produced by Valley Meats on December 22nd. The recalled ground beef was shipped to four Midwestern states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Michigan. The USDA found the E. coli contamination during routine testing. No illnesses have been reported so far.
