00:04 Now, the fact that Dylan Johnson got hurt on the third downplay, uh, when, uh,
00:10 Texas had no more timeouts, uh, Washington could have run the clock down to about
00:16 15, maybe 10 seconds left of the game, but it had to stop when he was injured at 45
00:23 seconds left, uh, Washington was required to take a timeout.
00:28 The clock stopped, it would not run until the next snap was taken, which was a punt.
00:33 And then, and then Washington guy, uh, was called for, uh, interference on the
00:39 attempted, uh, fair catch, which is a ridiculously, ridiculously dumb move by
00:44 that guy, but anyway, uh, but Washington is in the national championship game.
00:49 It's Washington's first time in the CFP national championship game.
00:54 Uh, first time for a Pac-12 team since the, uh, 2015 season when
01:00 Oregon got in the championship game.
01:02 And they have a shot for the Pac-12 first national championship since USC
01:07 won what was then the BCS national championship in the 2004 season.
01:13 So a lot could happen for Washington now.
01:16 It's the, the, uh, championship game is in a dome like the sugar bowl was, and
01:21 that always favors a passer like Pinnocks.
01:24 And so I think that was one of the reasons Pinnocks had such a good game.
01:27 Uh, in this one, he would have been the star of the game and really
01:31 was the star of the game, but he would have gotten a lot more notice if it
01:35 hadn't been for the last, uh, last minute and a half of the game when Texas,
01:39 uh, went down the field, got the, got that field goal, and then went down
01:43 the field again, got to the 12 yard line, had a first down at the 12 with 15
01:49 seconds to go, which gives you plenty of time to throw the ball in the end zone
01:52 a bunch of times, but they couldn't get the one to get in the end zone.
01:55 And we're really at that point, Washington kind of lucked out.
