00:09 Residents of Barangay Arkong Bato, Valenzuela were burned by the fire last night.
00:17 The fire lasted for 20 minutes before it was completely extinguished.
00:22 A house owned by Rolando Brillo was burnt.
00:27 He said that he was just leaving the house when the incident happened.
00:30 He was rushed back immediately.
00:32 He was injured in his left hand.
00:35 I mixed the dialysis because it was inside my friend's body.
00:39 He said, "Friend, burn it so that it won't cost anything."
00:44 The fire was still going in.
00:46 I saw it. I took it out.
00:48 There was a lot of blood, so I took it out.
00:50 But I won't be taking it to the hospital anymore.
00:52 According to the residents of the barangay, a fire broke out and the fire was extinguished.
00:56 But they are still trying to find out where it came from and who possibly set it on fire.
01:01 Residents here said that before they could go, a quitis fell on their roof.
