00:12 >> One, it means a ton just to be able to possibly do it at home and

00:25 >> It means quite a bit when you look at having to rattle off this many
00:29 in a row and having to do it again at home.
00:32 So it's a great opportunity for us and
00:35 just the beginning of where we eventually wanna get to.

00:42 And I know you weren't here for it for the last few years too.
00:45 In order to get to the postseason, all paths had to go through New Orleans.
00:49 Just what was your impression of playing this team early on in the season?
00:54 >> Yeah, I mean, I think even their physical team, it gets chippy.
00:58 It's just one of those good rivalries that it goes back and forth.
01:02 And so you see the intensity you feel on the field,
01:04 the physical ball game that it really is.
01:06 And so, yeah, obviously it comes down to this late December game and
01:11 a lot on the line, so expecting it to be a physical game.
01:14 >> Do you feel like you are playing your best football since you've come
01:17 into the NFL?
01:18 I know at the Browns you went to the playoffs, but where you are right now?
01:22 >> I feel good, yeah, I feel really good about where I'm at, seeing the field.
01:26 Obviously, playing quarterback each rep, you can take things away from it.
01:29 So continuing to learn and improve on it.
01:32 So yeah, I think just being in the system for a little bit now,
01:35 getting comfortable with it, and that's what happens.
01:39 Once you get comfortable in the system, you can truly grow and
01:41 see the improvements, and I think that's where we're at right now.
01:43 >> Brady, you talked about what you liked about Tampa,
01:45 why you wanted to be here, the situation, the personnel that you knew from outside.
01:49 But how much has this exceeded your expectations in terms of how well
01:53 this team has embraced you as a leader as part of this team?
01:58 >> I think a lot of that has to do with success, the leadership aspect of,
02:03 I didn't try and come in and be anybody else besides myself.
02:05 And that comes with time, so I can always feel that.
02:10 That's always been something that's been natural for me.
02:12 But yeah, it's definitely happened more so in the last few weeks, and
02:16 just everybody's come together.
02:18 And that's what we've had to do as a team to be able to put these four games in
02:21 a row.
02:22 And so, yeah, we've had a lot of leaders step up, a lot of guys step up, and
02:25 that's what you really look for.
