00:00 You know, getting more comfortable stepping up making plays.
00:03 Being the same guy though, through it all, he's the same guy.
00:09 But it's just good to see things go his way.
00:11 Things haven't been going our way all year, but I'm happy to see things go his way.
00:15 He deserves it more than anybody knows.
00:18 >> He's been saying all year, I've got the pieces to have success around me with you
00:23 and Adam and tight ends, but we haven't seen that.
00:28 Today it seemed like you saw all those pieces working.
00:31 Why today did it all work?
00:33 >> We was, I think just opportunities presented itself.
00:37 That's what I always speak on.
00:39 And personally, that's what I believe.
00:42 And, you know, child's own line.
00:45 They battled the whole way through.
00:48 He was able to escape and make plays and we was able to make plays on the back end.
00:53 Running backs continuing to grind it out.
00:56 So it's good that we was able to see that today.
01:00 Unfortunately, we didn't get the win, but we did what we could and
01:05 it's a good positive step.
01:07 >> DJ, his development is always going to be very important to this season.
01:12 Was today's emblematic of sort of the pinnacle as
01:18 he has developed throughout this rookie season?
01:21 >> I think so.
01:22 I think he's so much more to come.
01:25 He's making plays, he's comfortable, but that's who we know him to be,
01:29 at least in his locker room, we do, we believe in him the whole way through.
01:33 And three, four, five years from now,
01:38 he's gonna be definitely at the top, if not one of the top QBs.
01:43 Obviously, that's speaking in the future, but
01:46 just right now he's continuing to work his way to it.
01:50 And you know too much is given, much is required and
01:53 he's gonna be coming to work every day, so I'm happy for him.
01:56 >> Chris said that Price was in control of the whole game.
01:59 Somebody like on the floor, what does that look like,
02:01 maybe especially in comparison to past weeks?
02:04 >> Just in and out of the huddle, being consistent with the calls and
02:09 making the reads.
02:10 And if things not there and it break down, he's able to save us and
02:16 get us some yards or do something.
02:17 So, but yeah, I would say he was in control and
02:21 he's continuing to improve every week.
02:24 >> Speaking of saving, it seemed like when he needed to play,
02:26 he went to you several times today.
02:28 Has that connection just kind of been building throughout the year?
02:32 >> For sure, I feel like we've always had a pretty good connection,
02:36 dating back to training camp is just football,
02:40 the game of football take on a different life throughout the game.
02:42 So today, we was able to get to it, and I was happy that we was.
02:47 But he's been, whenever he needs to play, I wanna be there to make it for him and
02:53 be that guy, but we also have other guys that can do that as well.
02:56 >> DJ, is it taking a lot of criticism as an offense to have this kind of
03:00 explosive performance?
03:02 What does this say about you guys moving forward and
03:05 how can you build on this?
03:06 >> I think it just says that we believe in each other and
03:08 that's who we play for.
03:10 We understand that it's always gonna be noise and
03:13 chatter if you don't have a good game or it doesn't look the way that it should.
03:17 Which is understandable, that's just how it goes.
03:20 But that doesn't mean that we stop believing in each other and
03:24 we start pointing the finger, we go to work.
03:26 And that's one thing I love about these guys.
03:28 We come in, we go to work, we understand the circumstances, but
03:31 nobody's pointing the finger, nobody is distancing themselves and
03:36 saying I'm not part of the problem, and that's huge.
03:39 So just continue to keep working for each other and
03:43 giving a draw for these guys in this locker room.
03:47 >> Thomas Brown, Simone Lee has gotten criticized for play calling.
03:50 It seems like he mixed up a lot of stuff.
03:52 We've seen flashes of creativity, but this one really kind of,
03:56 it was all over the place.
03:57 What did you think of the game that he called today?
03:59 >> I think he did great.
04:00 He was pretty aggressive.
04:02 That first drive we came out, we were trying to get to it.
04:05 Hats off to him for believing in us, putting Bryce in positions where he felt
04:11 comfortable, utilizing a lot of different players.
04:16 Shout out to Amir.
04:17 I feel like he had a great game and definitely kept the defense on their heels
04:21 with what he can do and just everybody continuing to work and do their part.
04:26 - Sorry, if you're-- - I don't know.
