Your ski forecast for Dec. 19-21
Will the weather cooperate for skiing and snowboarding in the Northeast this week? AccuWeather's Kristina Shalhoup has the answer.

00:00 More snow is expected to fall on the slopes in upstate New York tomorrow,
00:04 which should be a welcome sight for skiers.
00:06 Christina Schallhoop shows us the conditions on the slopes across the country in tonight's ski report.
00:10 Skiers and snowboarders in the northeast, you've had a lot to contend with, so has,
00:16 well, everyone else in the northeast in the last 24 hours.
00:19 But there's some good news here.
00:20 Let's take you to Attitas in New Hampshire, into the White Mountains we go.
00:24 And while Tuesday is going to bring us kind of a mushy mix,
00:27 we do have some more sunshiny and, I'd say, pretty comfortable weather
00:30 for hitting the slopes on Wednesday and Thursday.
00:32 Temperatures falling into the 40s and eventually the 30s,
00:35 even good for snowmaking overnight as we get later in the week.
00:38 Now let's head to the Green Mountains, into Killington, Vermont we go.
00:41 Tuesday, looking at a couple of fresh flakes here as our upper low moves through the region.
00:46 In terms of our AccuWeather Wintercast, look, it's nothing to really write home about here.
00:51 But fresh powder is fresh powder.
00:52 Let's not be picky, looking at up to an inch by the time we get through Tuesday afternoon.
00:57 Snowshoe, we could really use some extra snow here.
01:00 We've gone back and forth into the Allegheny Range and the Blue Mountains in West Virginia
01:04 with snow and then melt and then snow and then melt.
01:07 So the fact that it's going to be 20 on Tuesday and we actually do get a few extra flakes,
01:11 I'm going to call that a big win for snowshoe West Virginia.
01:14 Wednesday and Thursday, more in the way of bluebird weather, we'll say,
01:17 especially Wednesday with temperatures back into the 40s.
01:19 Not such a bad day overall.
01:21 Finally, let's go to Whiteface, New York.
01:22 You know, I haven't skied here yet, but I've heard that our own Lincoln Riddle is quite the fan.
01:26 I'd love to get out there eventually.
01:27 We've got some good snow coming in on Tuesday.
