Families savor the final days of summer

Families in Wildwood, New Jersey, are making the most of the long Labor Day weekend by soaking up the last days of summer.

00:00Probably gonna soak up the last days and go to the beach, the water park. Are you sad to be going back to school? Yes. When does school start for you guys? September 4th.
00:08South Philly girls Adriana Williams and Lorde are squeezing in as much as they can into this weekend, taking in the sights and sounds of the Jersey Shore.
00:18Watch the train car, please. It's the perfect weekend to be nostalgic. The ice cream cones, saltwater taffy and of course your favorite boardwalk pizza and fries, all while spending time with loved ones.
00:30We come in with our grandchildren. We have seven grandchildren. Oh, beautiful. That's what we make the effort to come in with them.
00:41The rides at Maury's Pier were in full swing with the Ferris wheel and roller coasters drawing relatively long lines well into the evening.
00:48Thursday brought great weather for those in Wildwood, New Jersey.
00:52Sunny skies, temps in the 80s, but came with some wind.
00:56It's been perfect. Perfect. So it's like this, but hopefully it doesn't change and we get no rain, but to rain tomorrow.
01:02But the wind feels good with a little bit of the sun.
01:06Friday brought gray skies and gloomy weather, but it didn't stop people from enjoying the boardwalk early.
01:12It's nice, even though it's pretty windy, but it's nice. I love this type of weather.
