00:00 I'm not gonna sit here and say it's not a good feeling.

00:04 I think the emotional roller coaster is part of the game,

00:09 and part of that is just me staying even keel,

00:12 but there was definitely a little extra part of,

00:16 you know, just before the game,

00:17 like I remember getting cut there the last time

00:19 and just being told like,

00:20 hey, you know, we might have a spot for you

00:22 on practice squad, but go to the hotel and wait.

00:25 And so I sat in the hotel for like a couple hours,

00:26 not wondering, not knowing if I had a job or not.

00:29 And then just basically got a text or a call from my agent

00:32 that, you know, they didn't even, they didn't tell me.

00:35 Like I'd been there for two years and, you know,

00:37 I've been cut my fair share of times

00:38 and that was probably the shittiest one.

00:40 And there was a little bit more this week.

00:44 I know I had denied it

00:45 and there's some great people over there.

00:46 It's completely different,

00:48 completely different coaching staff and everything.

00:50 And I want to emphasize like

00:51 there are some incredible people over there,

00:53 but that one felt good.

00:56 I think right after we made the field goal to win the game,

00:58 I screamed at a camera

00:59 and said they never should have cut me.

01:02 - Did you know earlier in the week then

01:04 when you said to us that you were going to fight down

01:06 and go afterwards?

01:07 - Yeah. I mean, you can't say that the whole week

01:11 and then go lose.

01:11 You just, you kind of just, you just wait until you win

01:14 and then don't look like an idiot.
