Eliézer YALGUIA, founder of "SIWIÉ INDUSTRY", is a young medical student with a passion for pastry-making. After his A-levels, he went to his uncle's restaurant to manage the internet connection, where he became interested in pastry-making. Today, he processes local produce into biscuits called "Biscuits SIWIÉ".

To get his business off the ground, Eliézer saved up his training fees for six months to buy his own processing equipment. Today, he is proud of what he was able to achieve without any financial support.

As well as producing biscuits, he aims to add other ranges of nutritious products. He also plans to train other people in nutrition.
