00:52 with Havana singer Camila Cabello.
00:54 The 26-year-old Fifth Harmony star
00:56 was rocking a black baby suit
00:58 talking to a colorful 37-year-old Drake.
01:01 It's a popular spot in Turks and Caicos
01:03 called Noah's Ark Beach Club,
01:05 which Drake goes to so much
01:06 that they put up a billboard of his album for all the dogs.
01:10 But my question is, what comes of this?
01:12 Are we expecting a banging new track
01:15 or music's shiny new couple?
01:17 Guess we'll have to see how this one plays out.
01:20 Now on to a major legal drama.
01:23 Luke Combs found out he accidentally sued one of his fans,
01:26 but he's trying to make it right.
01:28 - I've spent the last two hours
01:29 trying to make this right,
01:32 trying to figure out what's going on
01:34 'cause I was completely and utterly unaware of this.
01:37 - After finding out his team sued a woman
01:39 for a quarter of a million dollars
01:41 for selling merch with his face on it,
01:43 Luke Combs is trying to make it right.
01:46 - It's very stressful.
01:48 I don't have money to pay my bills.
01:50 I just want this resolved.
01:51 I didn't mean any harm to Luke Combs.
01:56 I quit selling the Tumblr, I pulled it down.
01:58 I just, I don't understand.
02:02 - A woman in Florida has been sued by Luke Combs
02:04 for $250,000 for selling 18 Tumblrs with his face on them
02:09 for a total of $380.
02:13 Luke hopped on Insta the moment he found out about it
02:15 to address the situation.
02:17 - We do have a company that goes after folks,
02:21 only supposedly large corporations
02:25 operating internationally
02:26 that make millions and millions of dollars
02:28 making counterfeit T-shirts, things of that nature,
02:30 running illegal businesses.
02:31 And apparently this woman, Nicole,
02:33 has somehow gotten wrapped into that.
02:36 - Because of the lawsuit, Nicole's Amazon store was frozen
02:39 so she wasn't able to access the $5,500
02:42 she's earned selling other products.
02:45 - I'm gonna double that, send her $11,000 today
02:48 just so she doesn't have anything to worry about.
02:51 - Before you knew it, I got a text saying,
02:53 this is Luke Combs, I really wanna talk to you.
02:55 And I was like, no way, get outta here.
02:58 - I'm gonna make my own Tumblr today,
03:00 that's gonna go up today.
03:01 I'll keep you posted on that,
03:02 but all that money is gonna go to Nicole and her family
03:05 to try to help with her medical bills.
