00:52 that her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock,
00:54 owes her more than $2.6 million in commissions
00:57 she paid to him for procuring business deals
00:59 while he served as her manager.
01:01 California's labor commissioner ruled
01:03 that Kelly's ex procured several deals for Kelly
01:05 that should have been handled by her talent agents at CAA,
01:08 violating a California law which bans anyone
01:11 other than a licensed talent agent
01:13 from procuring work for artists.
01:15 Brandon must pay back commissions earned on four deals,
01:18 over 1.9 million for Kelly's role on "The Voice,"
01:21 just north of $208,000 to promote Norwegian cruise lines,
01:25 $450,000 to promote "Wayfair,"
01:28 and $93 to host our Billboard Music Awards
01:31 in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
01:34 Kelly filed for divorce from Brandon in June 2020.
01:37 The case was finalized in 2022,
01:39 with the singer agreeing to pay $45,000 a month
01:42 in child support for their two children,
01:44 plus a one-time payment of just over $1.3 million.
01:48 Attorneys for both sides did not immediately
01:50 return requests for comment.

03:14 I hadn't seen her in five years, which is crazy.

03:18 Just to have that and have so many years pass,
03:20 so much time pass, and being able to reflect and look back
03:24 and see that in each other,
03:27 and know that we have that sisterhood
03:29 and that bond that we'll share forever.
