Rain and damaging winds affecting Far North Queensland

Multiple people have been rescued from rising floodwaters in far north Queensland with ex-tropical cyclone Jasper delivering heavy rain to the region as it moves inland. Floodwaters are threatening homes and lives with the Daintree and Mossman rivers still rising.
