00:00 I want to ask you a question.
00:02 The question is that today the head of the bench, Justice Siddharth Aarik Masood,
00:07 was objected by the Bukla who had not even noticed it.
00:12 He took up the application from the Shohida Foundation and he refused to be removed from the bench.
00:21 So could this objection justify the fact that he has not even noticed it?
00:26 He is a stranger in front of the court and the senior Bukla has objected to it.
00:30 The first thing is that the proceedings that came in the Supreme Court of Pakistan today,
00:35 the prayers of the original 184-3 were to that extent on 9th of May.
00:42 The Supreme Court of Pakistan gave more relief than 9th of May.
00:46 The expectations of those petitioners were not even there.
00:48 They were only to that extent.
00:50 When you have reversed it and brought it to the 67 amendments,
00:54 the objection that was there today was not there.
00:56 On 9th of May, the same interest was there which was there on 2nd of June.
01:00 So there was no objection.
01:01 The second thing is that the petitioners tried to pre-empt the respondents
01:10 that the proceedings have not even started yet and they objected to the judge first.
01:14 They said that we have an application and it is of our former Chief Justice, Jawad Iskhajar.
01:21 You can look at it.
01:22 The second thing is that they objected to the fact that you have disclosed your mind.
01:26 So the judge of the bench or the other members of the bench observed both of these things.
01:31 They said that we should look at the details.
01:33 Today we are just sitting here and asking that is it not a rule of jurisprudence
01:37 that generally judgments are suspended on the first right of appeal?
01:41 The second thing is that the case was of 9th of May in the Supreme Court of Pakistan
01:46 and you have validated all the laws.
01:49 And were there more Supreme Court judgments than the 5 members or 4 members
01:53 that were legislated?
01:55 This was the case.
01:56 The only thing that you have asked about, that Mr. Musharraf Halali's case,
02:00 was not about the merits.
02:01 He said that since the interim order is still in effect and there is no reasoning,
02:06 then we should wait a little.
02:07 So in that context, the only thing left is that you should give notices.
02:11 Let's include Mr. Chaudhary Ulal Singh.
02:12 Mr. Chaudhary, if you have any comment or question.
