00:00 Another suspect was arrested for robbing a Chinese national in Pasay, Kamakailan.

00:07 Operatives of Pasay City Police Station have arrested another suspect

00:15 who was involved in robbing a Chinese businesswoman in a hotel in Pasay City, Kamakailan.

00:21 The man, who is 32 years old, was recognized by the police.

00:27 He was previously involved in other crimes.

00:31 According to the police, they were able to identify him

00:36 because of the Malaysian national's first arrest.

00:41 And after weeks of surveillance,

00:45 they were able to spot the suspect's car in a gas station in Makapagal Boulevard in Pasay.

00:52 So we tried to stop him,

00:54 but he sped up and we were able to catch him.

00:58 We were able to reach him around 500 meters away.

01:01 We were able to spot his car, a Mark vehicle.

01:05 Because of the collision, the police car's door was hit.

01:10 And when the suspect's car was inspected,

01:13 several bags of drugs, ecstasy, sex toys, and drugs paraphernalia were found in the police car.

01:22 Meanwhile, the authorities are continuously searching for another suspect.

01:28 In our initial interview, he was being taught.

01:32 So again, we'll be continuing the operation.

01:39 We believe that this is a group.

01:41 So a number of Chinese people with a Filipino cohort,

01:46 helping each other, conducting the kidnapping.

01:52 The suspect is now in the custody of Pasay City Police Station,

01:56 facing multiple charges,

01:59 including the assault of an agent of a person in authority.
