Emiten sawit PT Pulau Subur Tbk (PTPS) akan membagikan dividen interim senilai Rp1,2 per saham atau total mencapai Rp2,6 miliar. Keputusan direksi ini telah mendapat persetujuan dewan komisaris pada Kamis (7/12/2023).
Kebijakan dividen diambil setelah genap dua bulan PTPS mencatatkan sahamnya. Sebagai catatan, PTPS merupakan emiten yang baru listing pada 9 Oktober 2023, dengan total nilai penawaran umum mencapai Rp89,10 miliar.
