A crazed Japanese cult is on the rampage and determined to unleash a load of Sarin gas across HongKong if their demands are not met. Cult member Ryuichi (Koieyama) leads his gang of trigger-happy goons steal the gas and take a TV station hostage, issuing their demands across the air waves.
It's now up to hot-headed Hong Kong cop Senior Inspector of Police Ken (張智霖 Julian Cheung Chi-lam) and Japanese InterPol Agent Takami (澤田 拳也 Kenya Sawada) to join forces to stop Ryuichi Takizawa (小家山晃 Akira Koieyama) but first, both of them will have to survive attacks from the vicious terrorist thugs!
