猛鬼差館 The Haunted Cop Shop 1987
The Haunted Cop Shop is a 1987 Hong Kong supernatural comedy horror produced by Alan Tang Kwong-wing (鄧光榮), written by Wong Kar-Wai (王家衛) and directed by Jeff Lau Chun-wai (劉鎮偉). The film has top billed casts such as Jacky Cheung Hok-yau (張學友), Ricky Hui Goon-ying (許冠英), Michelle Sze Ma-yin (司馬燕), Billy Lau Nam-kwong (樓南光), Rico Chu Tak-on (左頌昇), Wu Fung (胡楓), Kitty Chan Ga-chai (陳家齊), Chung Fat (鍾發) and Fung Ging-man (馮敬文).
A Hong Kong police station used to be a clubhouse of the Japanese at the time of their occupation of the city during World War II. However, at the end of the war, many of the Japanese committed haka kiri in the clubhouse. In the present time, after thief Sneaky Ming (Billy) was arrested and detained and incarcerated at the station, he was lured into a world of the paranormal by the spirits of those still inhabiting the building. He was tricked into unleashing the fierce General Issei (Rico), who resurrects into a vampire and wreaks havoc in the city. As a result, police officers Kam Mark-K (Jacky) and Man-Chill (Ricky) attempt to put a stop to the terror.
