00:00 Hi, today a fantastic exercise for your butt, which makes you look good in your jeans,
00:05 but more importantly supports your lower back and stabilizes your pelvic floor.
00:09 All right, take a mat and lay down on your back.
00:12 Place your feet flat on the floor so that your hands can touch your heels
00:19 and your fist is the right distance between the knee.
00:23 Now lift up your hips, hold for two seconds and squeeze your butt cheeks and go down.
00:31 That's the exercise.
00:34 So
00:41 try to do 15 to 20 repetitions.
00:57 Remember to hold for two seconds, that helps you to really engage all your hip and butt muscles.
