00:25 But until now, based on the hearing of the House Ad Hoc Committee on Marawi Rehabilitation and Victims Compensation,

00:33 the movement of projects for housing, electricity and water is not slowing down.

00:47 There are funds that have been there since 2018, but they are not being used

00:52 because a lot of issues came out that the contractor is running.

00:57 Others are not being released because of some procedures that they failed to comply.
