We asked people what is your Christmas Day routine.
Transcript
00:00 Christmas day routine is. Oh our Christmas day routine is brilliant. Sorry I'm talking over you.
00:04 Get up, have a nice breakfast, if we have a nice breakfast, it can be anything,
00:11 bacon sandwiches, croissants, you name it we have it. My dad used to come up for that didn't he?
00:16 And then we would take the dogs to Conver. And just go down to the dogs in Conver for however long.
00:22 Conver Park. Yeah, it's not far from us. Food wise, I'm quite a good cook so I make
00:28 care of the kids. So that ladies are a very good cook, get yourself invited.
00:31 Rather than gorging in one big city and then laying on the floor in a food coma, we
00:37 spread it across the day. So we'll have starter about 11, main course about 1,
00:41 pudding about 4, 5 o'clock. Yeah but then pudding finishes about New Year's Eve doesn't it?
00:46 It spreads out along the day nicely. And we don't care. It's so nice because you walk around
00:52 December, you can just watch around, so everyone's mad shopping. We don't care,
00:55 it's all that's nice, I'm by myself as well. It's really nice and warm honestly.
01:00 But we do like Christmas, it's not freezing. Yeah, oh look at this.
01:03 Well, early morning rice. And then. How early? For me early because I always like to put the
01:13 turkey in the oven and put it down very slowly. Sometimes I go out for a walk,
01:19 I go for a walk about 8 miles and then come back. And the oven, when the turkey is,
01:25 you know, in the oven and nearly ready to take it out.
01:29 What's your Christmas day routine like? I sort of wake up, I have my nephew over here,
01:41 so I know my Christmas. I just have some Christmas dinner and just chill there.
01:49 Mine's the same, I go to my nephew's to watch my nephew's. I find Christmas is like Christmas
01:55 Sunday dinner, quite early in the morning, early night. Not really much, maybe a little bit of
02:01 support. That's the name.
