00:23 I would say a classic would be Yorkshire pudding, some pigs in blankets.

00:28 Yeah, yeah, to be fair. And is it classic turkey for you?
00:31 No, I prefer chicken. I don't like turkey. It's dry.

00:37 I mean my whole family's vegetarian as well but like the vegan pigs in blankets, if we can get them and the Yorkshire pudding, it's also stuffing.

00:50 Literally anything, I'm not fussy.

00:53 You've got to have good roasties, so you need to boil them first, shake them about, get them all ruffled up.
00:58 I like to put a bit of parmesan and herbs on mine and garlic and they get really nice and crispy.

01:14 Oh, we need to have loads of gravy but you need to have the gravy from the meat juices.
01:18 No granule gravy, from the beef, all soaked up with the mashed up veg and then sit it, get it all nice.

01:29 We go turkey, gammon and beef just because we like to go extra and have a bit of something for everyone.
