00:00 While this September, GMA Integrated News witnessed the lack of services in the hope of islands in the West Philippine Sea.

01:30 The small students and the licensed teachers are already separated.

01:35 They are focused on their studies.

01:39 This is the story of some residents on the medical mission of the Philippine Coast Guard.
