00:17 I have great bar staff, great customers.
00:19 This is just a lovely village to be in.
00:22 I've got two staff, Mandy and I've got my daughter.
00:26 And then I work it all the rest myself.

00:32 I do live bands and I do karaoke.

00:41 Any memorable events over the last few years?
00:45 Yes, I've done a charity event in the summertime
00:49 for Teenage Cancer Trust,
00:51 which we raised £500.
00:53 And this trust I'm doing now is for Elfton Park School.
00:58 We're trying to build a new cafeteria for the students
01:01 because it's for severely disabled children.
01:04 And we're trying to raise as much money as we can.
01:07 I do charity events and everything I make from the charity
01:11 goes towards the children and the school.
