00:29 and they go by the name of Crocs cowboy boots.
00:32 The company says the cowboy boot has been one of the most requested designs.
00:37 They're exactly what they sound like,
00:38 and the resulting design is just cursed enough to stand out.
00:42 To be fair, the upper half looks like a perfectly average pair of boots,
00:46 but the breathable lower section completely gives its origins away.

00:51 - Why? - You gotta have the gibbets.
00:52 Yeah, that... Oh, well, okay, now it's gone.
00:54 I think that's cute.
00:55 Oh, and the fact that the word Crocs is literally emblazoned into the leather.

01:30 And get this, there were three different kinds to collect.
01:34 One was black, one was orange, and one was a white sandal.
01:37 But they all came with the same attachable 7-Eleven plasticware.

01:47 What's more, the limited items officially launched on November 7th, aka 11/7.
01:54 Say what you will about Crocs, but their marketing is so insane, it's kind of genius.

02:05 Let's be real, Crocs are not exactly known for playing it safe.
02:09 But even so, this one might just take the cake.
02:11 I, for some reason, have a very specific and weird interest in oddly shaped foam clog-style shoes.
02:17 Billed as an exploration of form and function,
02:20 there's a very good reason why Salehi Bembery's signature line of Crocs looks so off.
02:25 "We identified like three brand elements with Crocs, which was I think, um,
02:29 like the silhouette of the toe, the strap, and maybe it was like the perforation in the toe.
02:34 I forget what it was, but it was really about maintaining those, that brand ethos, that brand DNA."
02:39 They weren't built from Crocs molds at all.
02:42 Instead, this exclusive set was designed off of three of Bembery's fingerprints.
02:46 You heard that right.
02:48 If you're wondering why Crocs collaborated with a legendary shoe designer
02:51 only to deliver walking fingerprints, your guess is as good as ours.
02:55 For what it's worth, these Bembery Crocs are definitely like nothing else on the market,
02:59 that's for sure.

03:06 On first impressions alone, the name Croc Stilettos sounds like an oxymoron.
03:11 And yet, it's so wrong, it's almost right.

03:18 After all, it's a plastic heel strapped to the bottom of a freaking croc.
03:23 You just can't look away from something like that.
03:25 Then again, coming from luxury fashion brand Balenciaga, we shouldn't even be surprised.

03:37 Croc Stilettos aren't even their last foray into footwear either.
03:40 A year after the first collaboration sauntered onto the market,
03:44 Balenciaga released a whole new line called Hard Crocs.
03:47 As their name implies, they're crocs, but harder.
03:50 Balenciaga has some bold ideas, but whatever they're doing, it's clearly working.

04:19 Over the decades, Lisa Frank has made a name for herself designing all things whimsical and bright.

04:58 In 2020, Kentucky Fried Chicken took their namesake dish where no chicken had ever gone before,

05:16 It sounds like an elaborate joke, but trust us, these KFC crocs are all too real.

06:09 they literally defined what a croc could and should be.
06:12 As such, the iconic first line has remained in the pop culture conversation for years now.
