Former US President Donald Trump reposted a social media post on his Truth Social platform from Monica Crowley, in which she wrote that those who "framed Trump" to try and stop him from being president again "will pay". Trump shared this post as his lawyer was arguing in front of a federal appeals court in Washington D.C. against a gag order issued in Trump's criminal election interference case. The sharing of the threatening post and argument against the gag order comes as Trump remains the frontrunner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
