00:00 strong safety, Tylenol, a fungus, injured his knee.
00:02 He just buckled.
00:04 There was a runner in front of him.
00:06 He wants to make the tackle.
00:07 He went down.
00:08 What's the medical tent Carter off the field after the game, Kyle
00:11 Shanahan was asked about the injury.
00:13 He said that they fear he tore his ACL when they say that they fear player
00:17 tore his ACL, they're almost always right.
00:19 They have, he has to have an MRI tomorrow to know for sure, but these
00:22 doctors really know what they're doing.
00:24 And that's terrible news for Tylenol.
00:26 I just want to say, I really liked Tylenol.
00:29 It's a really nice guy.
00:32 I often like safeties.
00:34 I was a big Jimmy Ward guy.
00:35 He's normal.
00:36 He's down to earth.
00:36 He's a professional.
00:39 He's mature.
00:40 You could tell his parents love him and he loves him.
00:43 And he just seems like a great guy.
00:45 And he always decided, which is how I judge.
00:48 Do you say hello to me?
00:50 And he does.
00:52 So I like Tylenol and I feel terrible that he's injured.
00:55 And I hope it's not a torn ACL.
00:58 It's promising young player in his third year.
01:00 But, and I hate to say, but someone asked earlier to scale a one to 10, how
01:06 devastating is this for the 49ers?
01:07 I'm sorry, but I feel like they're going to be okay without
01:15 Tylenol if they don't have it.
01:17 And I'm sorry to say that he was a critical member of their team last year.
01:21 Big time playmaker was a four picks plus force fumbles and stuff.
01:25 He was great.
01:27 But it seems like now that D'Amico is gone, Steve Wilkes is a defensive
01:30 coordinator for whatever reason, Tylenol isn't making that kind of an impact.
01:33 He's not, he's not a playmaker.
01:35 He's not taking the ball away.
01:37 He's not making plays in the backfield.
01:39 I don't really notice him as much.
01:42 So it's devastating for him.
01:46 It's devastating for me because that's one less player in the
01:50 locker room is going to say hi to me.
01:51 But I think the Niners could be okay.
01:54 You know, they say football next man up.
01:56 I think it's one of those situations.
02:02 The next man up is, is the Niners top draft pick this year.
02:06 They traded up for the guy.
02:07 So maybe they were kind of, maybe, I mean, you could argue
02:11 they're extremely prepared.
02:12 Not that they were counting on Tylenol, Tylenol, a phone that hurt his knee,
02:16 but in the event that anything happened to him, they were prepared.
02:19 And so I'd have to give it like a five in terms of how devastating
02:25 the situation is for the team.
02:27 I think they're going to be okay.
02:28 But I wonder what it's going to be like for him.
02:32 I mean, he was coming off an all pro season.
02:34 You're thinking, man, this guy in a year, this off season, it's
02:38 going to be due for an extension.
02:39 He's going to get 15, 16, maybe $17 million a year now.
02:42 Nah, no extension, no extension.
02:48 He's going to have to come back and prove it.
02:50 That sucks.
02:54 I feel for Tylenol got those dollar signs lined up.
02:57 They feel like just reach for him.
02:59 I mean, it's like, he'd be eligible for an extension, like four months.
03:03 Now he won't fully recovered for months when it's time for him to hit the
03:08 market and say, I want my money.
03:10 Niners can be like, all right, well, some of that me, let's see what, what,
03:15 what your 40 time is when you're fully recovered, like, ah, well, it's rough.
03:19 All I got to say, Tylenol, say something.
03:24 Playing football looks fun.
03:26 I never did it like soccer and baseball ran track across.
03:30 Wasn't particularly good at any of that playing football.
03:34 It looks like a lot of fun and Tylenol you're really good at, but you get hurt.
03:38 You know what else is fun talking about football.
03:41 You don't really get injured, although you could like, you know, lose your voice.
03:48 So Tylenol I'm saying whenever you want to hang it up and just talk football with
03:53 me, you got to be cordially invited because you can do this rest of your life.
03:57 And I think you're really good at it.
03:58 I believe in good luck, Tylenol.
04:02 I'm not trying to be snarky.
04:03 Good luck.
04:03 I hope you're all right.
04:04 Hope you didn't toy race.
04:05 Tell your ACL, but really man, football is so unforgiving young man doing so well.
04:12 Oh, there goes your knee.
04:13 Thanks.
04:14 And it, you can't blame the turf.
04:17 I mean, they got good grass.
04:19 It's not like they're one of those messed up turf fields.
04:22 It's one of those things that happens.
04:23 Sorry, Tylenol.
