00:00 >> How have you guys kind of dealt with, now you've had whatever,
00:04 three or four days to deal with the shock news.
00:07 So how is an offense, do you guys, I guess, cope with that and move on?
00:11 >> That's cope with what?
00:13 >> How do you cope with that and move on?
00:14 >> Yeah, we're not excited about anyone getting hurt,
00:17 especially him being our leader.
00:19 But like I said, every single week when he was down before,
00:22 it's next minute always.
00:23 You can't really dwell on that, you gotta just keep playing.
00:26 Who would we be if we would be down?
00:28 We gotta lift everyone up and show him that we're gonna play for him.
00:32 >> What do you see from DTR this week?
00:34 And I guess from his last start to now, the growth.
00:39 >> Well, last time he started, he only knew, he only probably got to practice in
00:42 that day, so having the time to build in,
00:45 I feel like everyone has more confidence in him and the plan.
00:49 So either way we go at it, man, we gotta trust him.
00:52 I know I do, I know the guys do, so.
00:55 >> How far does he go and do you feel like you two have established a pretty nice
01:01 chemistry together?
01:02 >> Yeah, I mean, with the time that we've been presented,
01:03 I feel like we do a good job.
01:05 So I can't ask none but just wait for Sunday.
01:08 >> I know Dorian talked about he's prepared this time,
01:12 some of that is days in advance that he was starting.
01:14 But it seems like he's been studying more.
01:16 Have you seen that from him just being around this man?
01:19 >> I mean, yeah, you see him every single day.
01:22 He goes out there, he spends a lot of time outside of this.
01:25 So you can't do nothing but respect him.
01:27 >> What do you see with him, how long do you think he'll be in this game?
01:31 Do you think he's gonna be interesting to everybody else?
01:33 Do you think he's gonna be a good practice partner?
01:35 >> It should be extra detail for him, you just lock in extra.
01:38 That's really the plan for everybody.
01:40 >> Did it feel like a wait out to get that touchdown?
01:43 >> Yeah, it felt good to score again.
01:45 I feel like I ain't scored in a long time, so yeah, I was definitely great.
01:48 >> How about the experience for the team, just the magnitude of this game?
01:53 How much does it take for you guys to play from the inside?
01:56 >> Yeah, I mean, another big game, just like Baltimore week.
02:00 I feel like we attack every week the same way.
02:01 So we're gonna put our best foot forward, them just like we did last week.
02:05 >> I know Joe Black was here with him out this morning.
02:08 You obviously played with him.
02:09 So what did you learn with him here together in New York about him?
02:12 >> I had a great time with him.
02:13 He's a great leader.
02:15 He's a vet.
02:15 I know anyone that would be around him would have a good time and learn a lot.
02:19 >> Have you seen him since he's been in the building yet?
02:21 >> No, I didn't even know he was here.
02:23 >> And would you think that would be such a welcoming addition?
02:28 And if so, in what way?
02:29 >> Yeah, I feel like Joe's a leader.
02:32 I feel like he has a lot of experience, he knows football.
02:34 And how could you not wanna lean on somebody who knows football?
02:37 They played the game for a long time at a very, very high level,
02:40 the highest level, MVP level, so major respect to him.
02:44 >> And do you think that would be great for a young guy like a rookie like Dory?
02:49 >> Yeah, able to learn.
02:50 >> Yeah, no, definitely, that's the main thing.
02:54 That's probably the main focus of why he would come as well too.
02:57 >> How much coaching from you, if you will, have you done with Dory?
03:02 As far as you communicating, hey, this is where I like the ball in this situation,
03:07 stuff like that, and just how's that going?
03:09 >> I feel like it's going good.
03:11 As long as we're seeing what he's seeing, I feel like everything's gonna be fine.
03:14 But you also gotta let people play.
03:16 You don't wanna ever be in someone's ear that knows the magnitude of
03:20 the opportunity and be present too much.
03:23 He's gonna find his groove at the end of the day,
03:24 he's been playing football since we were young.
03:26 So we gonna figure it out.
03:28 >> [INAUDIBLE]
