00:35 Tonga was a member of the Most Wanted Person of Laguna

00:39 who was involved in the shooting and killing back in 1999.

00:43 He has been hiding for more than two decades.

00:47 We had a series of coordination with the family and relatives of the victim.

01:08 like the town of San Pablo and in the province of Rizal,

01:12 in the province of NCR.

01:17 the suspect experienced a bullying from the victim

01:21 who pushed him to commit the crime.

01:24 There were allegations made by the suspects and the victim.

01:32 They said that the victim was being bullied.

01:39 They also said that there was an incident of throwing stones

01:44 in their house at that time.

01:46 The suspect admitted to the crime.
