Meet Nina Metayer, the first woman crowned 'World's Best Pastry Chef'

At 5 am, French pastry chef Nina Metayer is already in her kitchen, preparing cakes for her online boutique. Orders have soared since the 35 year old was crowned 'World's Best Pastry Chef 2023' at the end of October, becoming the first woman to win the title awarded by the International Union of Bakers and Confectioners (UIBC).
