00:06 Yeah that's it, I would have been more intentional to have a bit of a battle but I can't be taken

00:12 How was it out there? The swim looked tough and I didn't really get to see much of the

00:18 pike but you look like you were running well.

00:20 Yeah the swim was tough, it was quite long and choppy out there but I just felt my technique

00:25 was not through it and the pike was a bit windy but generally it was pretty good.

00:30 I saw that there was a young guy from Flowrite last year pushing you along on the bike, how

00:37 was that with him pushing you along this year?

00:40 Yeah it was nice to have someone to push me along again on the bike, I just came in on

00:44 a road bike, I didn't know I had any movement deficit, just someone on a PT bike.

00:48 And you've just come back from Europe, do you intend to go back next year?

00:54 Yeah most likely, I'm going to be in the European Cup and racing in Germany, I'll just be there again.

00:59 What's your next race?

01:01 I'm planning to be in the European Cup in Monaco on February.
