00:03 - By the way, money to be made.
00:04 Let's take a look at New York Mets owner, Steve Cohen.
00:07 How about this?
00:08 A billion a dollar investment on 50 acres around city field,
00:12 which includes, this is a better investment apparently,
00:14 a drop a casino right next to the baseball yard
00:17 in Philadelphia.
00:18 We actually have a casino right next to the complex
00:20 and also a Philly Live.
00:22 Talk to me about what this means
00:23 for the revitalizing of the area
00:25 and also how much cash is Cohen set to get out of this one?
00:29 - By the way, one quick irrelevant comment.
00:31 I was in that Philly Live casino
00:34 after game six of the Phillies Diamondbacks series.
00:39 It wasn't pretty.
00:40 Everybody was kind of standing there saying,
00:42 "What am I gonna do?"
00:43 But that's the bottom line, action, dollars, legal betting.
00:47 And remember, New York City FC,
00:49 the team that is supposed to play
00:52 as part of that development.
00:53 So it may be a harmonious development play
00:56 with both of those teams, one plus one equals 50.
00:59 It may be competitive, but what Steve Cohen is doing
01:02 is becoming a classic real estate developer
01:04 around a stadium, as opposed to just being
01:07 a classic real estate developer.
01:09 Now what he's gotta do, he's gotta channel that knowledge
01:12 into buying some real players, a manager,
01:14 maybe some pitchers.
