00:45 - If you're getting back in the water,
00:46 and especially if you're over 25, like I am,
00:50 I suggest that you make sure that your medications are right
00:53 and that you are reasonably fit.
00:55 That if you do have any issues,
00:57 let the lifeguard know at the pool before we start.
00:59 So if I have major concerns,
01:01 I'll let them know that I have an issue.
01:04 Other than that, just make sure that you are reasonably fit,
01:07 that you take all precautions, like swim close to the edge,
01:10 and that you always have somebody with you.
01:13 - Oh, absolutely work well to exercise.
01:16 Swimming's a great activity.
01:17 In regards to not lifting heavy weights,
01:21 it's just great to swim in the water.
01:25 In regards to your own, say, medication,
01:28 if you're on medication, see your doctor regularly,
01:30 which I do, always ask about exercise
01:33 and so on and so forth.
01:34 Make sure I'm fit enough to do it
01:36 and always come down with a friend or somebody else.
