Bristol November 06 Headlines: Locals concern after boat was spotted emptying litter into the river Avon

Concerned locals have taken to social media to question why a boat appeared to be dumping brown liquid in the River Avon in Bristol.  They claim they have seen the ‘weird’ incident take place in central Bristol, near St Philip's Footbridge which links to Temple Island.
