Indraj Singh Gurjar, the Congress’ sitting MLA from Jaipur’s Viratnagar constituency seemed to be receiving popular support as he campaigned in the area, where he is pitted against BJP candidate Kuldeep Dhankad.

Some locals told Outlook’s Shreya Basak during a ground visit that they were impressed with Gurjar’s development efforts in terms of roads and water supply.
