Texas Rangers claim first World Series title

Nathan Eovaldi's strong pitching leads the Texas Rangers to their first-ever World Series championship as they defeated the Arizona Diamondbacks 5-0 in Game 5. Mitch Garver's RBI single broke the scoreless tie in the seventh, and Marcus Semien's ninth-inning homer sealed the victory. Manager Bruce Bochy, in his first season with the Rangers, won his fourth title, with the team finishing with a perfect 11-0 road record this postseason.
