02:26 We need to take initiatives to discuss this. The government is willing to facilitate.
02:33 I get an indication from both governments that this discussion can start well.
02:41 This has been voiced in the State Water Conference, led by the Honorable Prime Minister,
02:49 and attended by the Minister of Environment, Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and the Exco-Zairel from Penang.
02:57 The second thing is, as I mentioned yesterday, the water tariff plays an important role.
03:05 The water sector is not economic in Malaysia.
03:11 Because our tariff is too low, there is a lack of investment, replacement of pipes, etc.
03:19 We see the high level of NRW in many countries.
03:23 That is why I have said that there is a consensus between the parties in the state government discussions
03:33 to reconsider the water tariff in each country. We, the government, will provide the Ministerial Paper in the near future.
03:43 Thank you.
