00:00 So Dancing with the Stars, when you did that, you were always a dancer?
00:05 No.
00:06 Really?
00:07 Mm-mm.
00:08 So you weren't a dancer, you went on there and you won.
00:10 What was that journey like?
00:11 Because I don't have the confidence to do it, and if I got a three or four, I would
00:15 probably cuss them all out and walk off.
00:20 Cuss them out on family television.
00:22 You know what?
00:23 I was very nervous to do that show because that was also a time where I told you the
00:28 internet was not very kind to me.
00:30 So I was like, "Ugh."
00:31 I mean, it had gotten ... It ended up getting a little bit better.
00:35 But as time progressed, I started feeling like, "I don't want to be on this show in
00:39 these skimpy little outfits and dancing all around.
00:43 I'm really showcasing my body at this point on that show.
00:47 People have to pay attention to my body moving.
00:49 I'm literally going to be a moving target if I go on here."
00:52 So I said no a couple of times doing it.
00:55 And then-
00:56 Was it therapeutic?
00:57 Yes.
00:58 My mom actually was like, "You should do it."
00:59 And I was like, "Really?
01:00 You really think I should do it?"
01:01 She was like, "You should do it."
01:02 She was like, "You've always loved dance.
01:03 I've always loved and admired dance, but I was not a trained dancer."
01:04 And then I did it, and it was just that confidence and that sexiness came out of me.
01:16 I had to find being sexy and not just the goofy girl.
01:21 It really helped me come into my body.
01:24 So when you go out there, are you acting confident?
01:27 No.
01:28 I think I kind of turn on a little Sasha Fierce, like how they say Beyonce did.
01:35 So it's a-
01:36 It's like a switch.
01:37 It's like, "Well, you're here now, so you better turn it."
01:42 I don't think I could do something like that.
01:45 I am very confident in talking, because that's what I know how to do.
01:51 But the idea of acting or dancing in public, I'll give you a two-step, and that's all you're
01:57 going to get.
01:58 I feel like if you wanted to do it, you could do it.
02:01 No.
02:02 I don't have the confidence, and I'm not that far in therapy yet.
