00:22 Two sets of suites, jets today, giants.
00:26 Two sets of club seats, two sets of tickets.
00:28 Sometimes hard to get the tickets, sometimes not so much.
00:32 But every time, significant economic impact.
00:36 There were 24 of these stadiums done in that golden era,
00:40 between the late 90s and 2000.
00:44 This is one of them.
00:45 They're also looking at the next step.
00:47 I can guarantee you, the next step means after the current lease expires,
00:51 it'll include here and everywhere else in the country as NFL teams try for
00:56 more flexibility and more revenue.
