00:00 We have another project that we are working on. The agreement we signed in October 2015, given by the Vizcoum of Netherlands, involves services benefiting 2,000 houses.
00:27 This project is completed by the end of this year in implementation.
00:32 This has to do with conducting a sense of bulk meters, which are expected to help in controlling the use of equipment and the use of supplies that the peasants use.
00:54 Partly we have the head of the project in the Netherlands, the one in Manitou, and it's a heavy one because most of the land that exists is a high-growing area, which is sometimes difficult to navigate across water.
01:15 It's worth one million pounds. So we are grateful that we have many more, but the project suffers in the name of the state, and we are glad that the project is in the hands of the state.
01:32 Thank you very much.
01:47 Mr. Governor, thank you so much for receiving me. In my first time here, I worked a lot on financial inclusion, and I've seen the successes on digital services.
02:08 But now it's time to look at the effects of a digital financial inclusion on people, and how we can actually help farmers be able to weather climate shocks, droughts, or even floods.
02:21 We will be on a guest schedule if you do not have any meals and have production. And this is very important for their own income, but also for the security of the country.
02:31 We are actually talking about climate smart agriculture, but for that, you also need to invest and you also need to finance. So every farmer is going to need to invest.
02:41 So I think we're trying to look at a way on how we can actually help with digital financial services to actually convey this.
02:48 I thank you so much for this receiving. I felt very "padubo" and I thank you and all the city for your time.
02:56 Any questions?
