00:26 Amelia will visit her relatives in Kamalig, Albay to see her siblings.

00:34 She will also return home before the election to vote in their barangay in Caloocan.

00:41 At the same time, so that the election will be earlier and we won't be able to go with a lot of people, we will also be going there.

00:48 The LTFRB extended the visa of special permits for buses from October 20 to November 6.

00:56 It is for the expected increase of passengers in the terminals before the barangay and SK elections and elections.

01:05 Based on our previous observations, there are always adfans who come home to our provinces and sometimes they are delayed to return.

01:15 Our operators are short of the duration that we are giving.

01:22 Usually, it's just four days. Usually, we are given 15 days.

01:28 The PITX requested to add two to three thousand buses, aside from the 3,000 buses that travel to the province.

01:38 According to their estimates, the number of passengers is 1.6 million in more than one week long weekend.

01:46 According to the LTFRB, 767 out of more than 800 buses are recommended to be given special permits.

01:55 Historically, our countrymen go home to their provinces to participate in the elections.

02:02 So we expect that to contribute hugely in the influx of passengers.

02:07 If there are increases during the duration, the LTFRB is open to issue special permits.

02:15 According to the travelers, they should book or buy tickets earlier.

02:21 If it's not possible, they should go to the terminals early to avoid hassle.
