Michael Green, 56, is fed up of the mould and rising damp that fills his house.

He can't go upstairs due to health problems, so he spends all his time downstairs and says the damp is everywhere.

It's a council-owned house and he had the rear living room and kitchen refurbished only two years ago, but already they're full of mould again. He says all the carpets are wet too.

He wants the council to do something.
