00:00 I take most of my, I mean, every rep seriously,
00:03 regardless if it's two reps or if it's all the reps,
00:05 so it doesn't feel different,
00:06 but it's nice to get out there
00:08 and really get my feet moving a lot.
00:10 - What is the feel in terms of,
00:12 how would you put it in terms of the feel
00:13 around this team right now,
00:15 the balance between staying relaxed, staying confident,
00:18 versus being a little frustrated right now?
00:20 - Yeah, I mean, of course, when you're losing,
00:21 you're gonna be, you wanna tighten things up,
00:23 but there's no really,
00:24 I don't really see anybody frightened.
00:27 Our leaders, especially, they're always cool,
00:29 calm and collected.
00:30 You know, they always pay attention to details,
00:32 what you can do better,
00:33 and that's even after a win as well,
00:35 so we all know this game is a big game,
00:37 but everyone's cool, calm and collected,
00:39 and we're just gonna try to get the win.
00:40 - If you are called upon this Sunday
00:42 to play an expanded role,
00:44 what is your biggest focus when you walk out there?
00:46 What are you focused on?
00:48 - Playing fast, doing my job,
00:51 and making plays when they come to me.
00:53 - How much do you, as a young player
00:55 and a guy still trying to make his first big splash
00:57 at the NFL, look forward to a moment
00:59 to showing everybody what you can do?
01:01 - I mean, it's all a rookie can ask for,
01:03 all anyone trying to get their first opportunity
01:05 can ask for, and so I'm just trying to make the most of it.
01:08 - Good deal.
01:10 - Thanks, Andre. - Thanks, guys.
01:10 - What is, what, can you, can you pronounce your name?
01:14 - Andre Yosibosh.
01:15 - Yosibosh, so like an S sound and a sh.
01:18 - Yep, yep, yeah, exactly.
01:20 - All right, make sure we have that.
01:21 - All right, thanks.
01:22 - Thank you, man. - Appreciate it.
01:23 - They're saying bye, but I'm gonna keep bugging you
01:25 if that's okay.
01:27 What's practice been like this week?
01:30 Just, for you, I'm sure it's always the same,
01:32 you wanna attack it the same way, at the same time,
01:35 the urgency factor, knowing where you guys
01:37 are at in the standings.
01:39 - Yeah, I mean, yeah, for me, obviously,
01:41 it's been the same, just trying to work
01:42 and get those reps, but for the team, it's been,
01:46 I wouldn't say the same, 'cause, I mean,
01:48 obviously, we need to win this game,
01:50 but it's, you know, the oil has, I mean,
01:53 we're not rusty, we're not doing anything,
01:54 you know, we're all catching great balls.
01:56 The game plan's in, we're repping it well,
01:58 and so I would say, you know, we just know
01:59 what's on the line for this game,
02:00 but it's not really any different.
02:02 - Jamar earlier mentioned about how Joe addressed the team
02:06 after the game in Tennessee.
02:08 Joe talks when he needs to, but he's not known
02:11 for being a rah-rah guy, I think that's fair to say.
02:14 What was your reaction when he addressed the team,
02:17 and just your thoughts, what was going through your head?
02:19 - Yeah, I mean, it was kind of, he was kind of speaking
02:21 what everybody was thinking, but it's nice to hear
02:23 from the leader, who may be more reserved, I guess.
02:26 I mean, not reserved, but, you know,
02:27 he chooses his words wisely, that's what I would say.
02:30 And so it's nice to hear it, and, you know,
02:32 when you see your leader have some emotion,
02:35 things like that, it's nice, it brings you
02:36 a different type of fire.
02:38 - How is your rapport with him?
02:39 Obviously, he missed a ton of time in training camp,
02:42 you didn't get a ton of reps with him.
02:43 This week, I'm sure, you're trying to get
02:44 as many as you can.
02:46 What's the on-field rapport like?
02:48 - It's good, I mean, he's teaching me things, you know,
02:50 if I make a rookie mistake or something,
02:51 he'll be like, "Dre, you gotta do this,"
02:53 you know, and we'll run it again.
02:54 And so it's nice that he is showing me the ropes,
02:56 but also, you know, letting me know when I'm wrong,
02:59 because we need everybody in this team
03:00 to be working together to win.
03:02 - He's not a throw-the-tablet-type guy.
03:04 Does he just, a throw-the-tablet-type guy,
03:06 like you see some quarterbacks do that,
03:08 does he just say it in that tone,
03:11 when you do run a wrong route,
03:12 or make a rookie mistake, or whatever?
03:14 - He'll be like, "Andre, you got a short hitch there."
03:16 I'm like, "Oh, yeah, you're right, my fault."
03:17 And then we run it again, you know,
03:18 I messed up one, like a sight today in practice,
03:21 or something like that, and we had to rerun it,
03:23 and I did it, and then we did it in practice,
03:24 so, you know, if you're a leader,
03:27 and you're someone people respect,
03:28 you don't need to say it crazy for somebody
03:31 to really understand your message, you know what I mean?
03:32 So he kinda understands that, I think, as well.
03:35 - What do you think it would be like
03:36 to have your first NFL, obviously you had catches
03:39 in the preseason, but to get a catch in the game,
03:41 do you think it's gonna feel any different,
03:43 or do you think you're gonna think,
03:44 "All right, let me get my butt back in the huddle,
03:46 "or figure out where I gotta go."
03:48 - I think, yeah, I don't think it'll be any different,
03:50 I think probably the first couple plays I'm in there,
03:52 I'm gonna be like, "Oh, wow, these are my first
03:53 "real, meaningful offensive snaps," you know what I mean?
03:56 So, that'll be interesting, but I'll probably get
03:58 my first catch in the flow of the game at some point,
04:01 so we'll probably just keep the chains moving.
04:02 - Have you thought about what the first touchdown
04:05 would be like?
04:06 - I've definitely thought about some celebrations,
04:09 I have a couple stored in the back,
04:11 been asking around for different opinions,
04:12 but I guess you'll have to wait and see for that
04:14 when the time comes.
04:15 - So it won't be the gritty, like it was in the preseason?
04:18 - Nah, nah, it won't be the gritty.
04:19 - Ah, so it's something special.
04:21 - Not necessarily special, just different, for sure.
04:24 - Pre-game meal, we talked about food a few weeks ago,
04:27 what do you think your pre-game meal is gonna be?
04:30 - On like, afternoon or like noon games like that,
04:32 I usually don't eat a lot, I usually just eat
04:34 like, Froot Loops and grapes or something, if they have it,
04:36 and then a bar at the facility when we get there,
04:39 but I don't like to eat too heavy, I feel queasy.
04:42 - Yeah, no, you gotta do all that running, it makes sense.
04:45 Andre, appreciate the time, good luck Sunday.
04:47 - Yep, thank you.
