00:00 All right, Jamar, how do you take care of your body when you're going all the way to Arizona
00:04 and have to play a game? Get your body ready for that.
00:05 Um, really just doing the same treatment that I've been doing. Um, acupuncture,
00:10 like hyperbaric chamber. You know, just getting as much sleep as I can.
00:13 So keep your body right, ready for the game. Um, I noticed that in your win so far this year,
00:19 you had 15 targets and the losses, you had maybe half that, like eight, nine.
00:24 Do you have conversations about increasing your targets throughout a game?
00:29 Uh, not really. Not really. You know, we don't go into a game saying just receive it. If we
00:34 don't get that many amount of targets, um, you know, the game plan just so happened to be a
00:39 regular game plan and Joe just likes what he sees and just picks his targets and his matchups.
00:43 So what have your conversations been like going into week five?
00:48 Um, really just basically we just got to get the ball out, play, you know, make a play right now.
00:54 Um, get as much going, make Joe look good as possible. And, you know, just get his team
00:59 close to a win. When you know that, you know, Joe's in a position where he can't necessarily
01:03 scramble as much as he would like, um, it, do you think there's more pressure to, you know,
01:08 run your routes correctly? The offensive line, protect Joe is to the highest amount possible
01:13 to make sure that nothing happens to him. Uh, I would say a little bit of urgency in the routes.
01:19 Yeah. Uh, I mean, it's always like that, you know what I'm saying? Just to get open.
01:23 Um, especially initially we go against good, the lineup front every game. So, I mean, it's,
01:27 it's pretty much every game where we got to have that urgency, trying to get open and just get the
01:31 balls out of his hands fast. I laughed last week after the game, when he said that you're always
01:35 effing open because you are, that's one of the strongest points of your game is your route
01:39 running. Um, how have you managed to be so good at that at this point in your career?
01:43 Uh, I'm just doing something I've always been doing. I don't know. You know? Yeah. I don't know.
01:50 I'm just being good at reading coverages, reading the technique of the defense or a cornerback and
01:56 just making the opportunity with instincts. Last question for you. What would it mean to you in
02:00 this team to get a win in week five? Oh, it means a lot just to get a win. You know what I'm saying?
02:04 We need this win, um, more than anything right now, just to get the momentum back going forward.
02:09 Uh, hopefully we get that win that way. We go back to, uh, San Fran and then come back home,
02:15 back to our home game with a win. Jamar, thank you.
