00:00 Hi, Jeff.
00:15 This is Sid here at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
00:17 I'm showing up at the Comp Performance Group, not their headquarters, but their booth here,
00:22 where they've won, what is it, the SEMA Best New Performance Street product of 2013.
00:27 It's pretty exciting.
00:28 And I've got Brian to tell us all about it.
00:29 Well, we're very excited, not only to win the SEMA award, but let me explain one thing.
00:34 Not all camshafts are created equal.
00:36 Come on, it's just a bump stick, isn't it?
00:38 You would think so, but this camshaft takes advantage of the engine around it.
00:43 Every engine has different intake manifold runners.
00:45 So instead of having one camshaft that's been compromised for the whole engine, we've figured
00:50 out a way to put four patterns on one camshaft.
00:53 It's like having four different cams in one engine.
00:55 Four in one.
00:56 That's right.
00:57 We've optimized the camshaft to make the best performance, best torque and power based on
01:02 the runner lengths.
01:03 So this new technology is bred from racing.
01:06 This is where racing is chasing every last little bit of horsepower and torque.
01:09 Now we take that technology, we've invested in new equipment at Comp Cam so we can bring
01:13 this to the street market.
01:15 This is the latest and greatest camshaft.
01:17 Latest and greatest cam from the racetrack trickling down to your street car.
01:22 Absolutely.
01:23 That's fantastic.
01:24 And how long has this been out?
01:25 This is brand new for SEMA.
01:26 Brand new.
01:27 It's been received well.
01:28 We won the award.
01:29 Excellent.
01:30 Well good luck.
01:31 Is it a roller cam?
01:32 These are roller cams.
01:33 Yep.
01:34 Hydraulic rollers.
01:35 Excellent.
01:36 Get your Comp Cams.
01:37 Four cams in one.
