03:04 "Ha ha, I'm going to the beach" videos in New York.

03:11 I think that was Kat throwing her suitcase in a bush outside of the pharmacy park.
03:14 That was my number one complaint.
03:17 First thing I wrote down was, "I can't believe she threw that in the bush."

03:22 -How dare you? -Yeah, I mean, Gramercy Park is as nice as it gets.

03:26 A quick note about Jesse Palmer.

03:33 I was like, "Oh, it's Jesse Palmer."

03:49 It's always interesting to see who is excited for what people.

05:15 -are two very different Rachels. -Definitely.
05:17 She seems miserable to me on the beach. Do you feel that?
05:20 I think it's hard going from the main character to just another gal.

05:27 I think it would be too much of a shot on my ego,
05:29 especially when they start asking questions like,

05:39 Obviously, she and Avan had a pretty legit thing going there at the end.

05:46 Did you guys also notice that when Rachel went onto the beach,
05:49 she was calling Jesse "Jess"?
05:51 -I was like, "Damn, they know each other." -No, I didn't notice that.
05:54 She didn't call him Jesse once. She was like, "Jess, so good to see you."
05:57 -Oh, God. -I've never one person called Jesse "Jess."

06:02 She was like, "Yes, I was the Bachelorette, and I get to call him Jess."

06:13 I must have been drying my hair at that time or something.
06:15 As soon as she said "Jess," I was like, "People call him Jess?"

06:22 I do think that she does seem a little miserable in the way of, like--
06:27 I think she's out of her comfort zone.
06:29 She's not sure how people are going to receive her.
06:32 And I think not only in the way of the guys and maybe running into exes,
06:36 but also some of the girls are going to have to deal with the fact
06:38 that the guys that were on her season,
06:41 that can cause a jealousy thing with her.
06:44 Like, "Oh, well, you dated Rachel, and Rachel's right here."
06:46 It's actually very messy when you think about it.
06:49 And honestly, her connecting with Sean does not surprise me at all.

06:56 That was a moment where I was like, "Oh, my God,
06:59 I really misjudged Rachel all over the place."
07:02 Her being interested in Brayden and then making out with Sean,
07:05 I went, "Okay, that's who she is."
07:07 And we were worried Sean wasn't going to be there right away.
07:09 But he was, like, second guy on the beach,
07:11 so we were good to go on Sean.
07:14 He didn't have a lot of screen time for the trailer.
07:16 -No, he didn't. -No, almost, I think, zero.
07:19 We knew he was going because he posted about it.
07:21 I feel like he wasn't in the trailer at all.
07:23 -I can't see Rachel and Sean actually having anything. -Never.
07:27 They just want to call him Ken all day long.
07:29 "He's like a Ken doll." Every single girl said that.
07:32 -I know. -It was like, "Is he that...?"
07:34 We're saying it one too many times now.

08:54 And then, all of a sudden, he's on the round bed with Rachel.
08:58 I missed... Something happened in there, and I missed that.

09:04 I think Rachel pursued him more than he pursued her.
09:07 And if I've learned anything from these guys on Paradise,
09:10 the minute that the girl decides she's pursuing you,
09:12 they're doing whatever you say.
09:14 They want a kiss, they're going to kiss you.
09:16 They want this, they're doing that.
09:18 The guys have no control once the women decide.
09:20 And I think that's hilarious.
09:22 They're just like, "I'm down for you."
09:24 Until they start getting choices.
09:27 When they have the roses and they have the choices,
09:29 then they can start getting a little cocky about it.

09:35 Yeah. I guess Will was the big drama of the episode.
09:39 Kylie comes in, she clearly is interested in Avon.
09:43 But it's the classic, producers know what they're doing.
09:46 And any time anybody makes...
09:48 You have to keep your cards close to your chest.
09:50 And if you are talking too much about the guy that you hope shows up
09:55 or the person you hope shows up,
09:57 they are going to use that against you.
09:59 And that's what they did.
10:00 They wait to send Avon in later
10:02 because they know if Avon and Kylie showed up on the beach
10:06 at the exact same time, Kylie is beelining for Avon
10:09 and not talking to anybody else.
10:11 In Kylie's mind, she's like, "Well, shit. Now I'm here. He's not.
10:14 I got to talk to those guys so I can stay.
10:18 I have to stay in case he comes."
10:20 Which they do every single season.
10:22 It's the same thing that happened with Michael and...

10:29 When everyone just accused him of being with Sierra
10:32 because he was waiting for Danielle to come
10:34 and then she came late. That's the kind of thing.
10:36 Now, I thought they were going to keep Avon for a while.
10:39 She bought him like weeks.
10:41 Avon showed up at the end of the episode,
10:43 but I thought she was going to have to wait a few weeks
10:45 for Avon to show up.
10:46 For sure.
10:47 It was perfect timing, though.
10:48 Because it's going to play out a little bit,
10:50 I think last night was the perfect time to do it.
10:52 Will just doesn't do it for me.
10:54 Will does nothing for me.
10:55 Does absolutely nothing for me.
10:57 The two girls fighting over him.

11:47 I didn't love the guilting on the very first day.

11:53 and the option to bring him on a date, right?

11:57 I was surprised that she chose Will,
12:00 but in my head, Kylie was doing that out of spite to win.
12:03 I don't think that she actually cared that much.

12:09 and I think that it's gonna come back to bite her in the ass
12:12 when she sees Avon,
12:13 and I think Will is gonna get screwed.

13:16 What did you think about Olivia being upset
13:20 about Will not talking to her
13:22 before he went on a date with Kylie?
13:23 Like, to me, it was very first day.
13:26 You don't necessarily owe that.
13:28 I get that it was playful and that he did initiate the kiss,
13:32 but I didn't know if her anger was justified, in my opinion.

13:38 because I do think that maybe Will could have been like,

16:22 because I don't know how to have, like, a different conversation with you."

16:43 and Kylie's, like--I think they will eventually swap back.

16:52 will do anything, but there's no way Kylie doesn't pursue Avan.
16:57 The way she--that girl was talking about him
16:59 and, like, being so excited about him liking her pictures
17:03 and shit, like, she's not just gonna let that go.

17:07 - Where she doesn't, you know, pursue Avan in some way.
17:09 - That was another thing I wanted to say.
17:11 I do appreciate that now we have just completely broken
17:14 the fourth wall. Messaging each other on Instagram is fine.

17:22 I think that they have learned, and this is what I have--
17:24 can gather from contestants, is that they have
17:29 a general idea of, like, who they think's gonna show up to Paradise.

17:35 and throw a fire emoji at a story.
17:37 But you don't go into, like, actually messaging
17:41 and getting to know the other person.
