00:00 We've all been here at some point in our career before.
00:02 It might be new to some, but I've been in positions like this before in my career,
00:09 where everything seems as if it's not going to turn.
00:12 And the only way you can turn that is by sticking together as a team and working harder every day.
00:20 And eventually it will turn.
00:22 It's not always going to be like this.
00:23 It's just about going through these hard times, sticking together, encouraging and working hard.
00:29 And the quality eventually will come through.
00:32 And I know there is quality in that changing room.
00:36 We won a 21 game on beat and run last season.
00:39 I know there's a lot of changes from then, but there is individual quality and collective quality in that changing room.
00:46 We just need to keep working hard and getting better day in, day out.
00:51 Training's been really good.
00:54 The sessions are really hard.
00:55 The boys enjoy training.
00:59 So we can't, like I said earlier on, we've got to look at ourselves because the managers are working hard.
01:07 These coaching staff are working hard.
01:09 We obviously try to adapt and learn to different ways of playing compared to last season.
01:17 It will take time, but we're enjoying training.
01:19 It's brilliant.
01:20 And like I said, when we go out there, it's on us to put out individually and as a team better performances.
01:28 I don't know how many we've had.
01:30 I remember on Saturday for this Wansee game, I think it was only me and Gregor and Akin from last season started the game.
01:38 So there's eight changes in there straight away.
01:42 So eight players coming from different clubs to play with each other for the first time, second time, whatever it is this season.
01:50 You're not going to build up relationships straight away.
01:53 It takes time.
01:56 But there is signs there.
01:58 I know people say there's not, but there definitely is signs.
02:01 For 25 minutes on Saturday, we were the better team.
02:05 We had chances, never took them.
02:07 Like I said, they get the penalty and then the whole game changes again for a bit and you start to, you're on back foot.
02:13 So I think the second half, when we got settled again with the changes that came on, we started to go on to the game again and then we shoot ourselves in the foot again.
02:22 So there is signs that we're getting there, but like I said, we need to string a 90 minute performance and consistency to get results in this league.
