00:08 family. I'm gonna do this for my band. I'm gonna do it for myself." But I never
00:12 really thought I would actually, you know, enjoy it like I have. And I think it's
00:16 the energy you get from, you know, not having crazy nights and all those
00:21 different things. But just also for me, I think it's kind of led me a lot
00:25 closer to my spirituality. It's led me a lot to look at myself and what I
00:29 want more. Like, what am I doing? What am I standing for? What do I want the next
00:34 20 years? And I think, you know, sometimes you have to kind of hit that little
00:36 point of desperation in a way, I think, to find that. And I'm just, I'm glad I hit
00:41 it, you know, in my 40s and didn't wait till later on in life.
